James Wingard, JDCo-Founder and Legal Director
Mr. Wingard is an international legal and policy development specialist with 25+ years of experience in 50+ projects and consulting assignments analyzing legal frameworks and systems in developing countries, post-conflict, and conflict zones.
As the Legal Director, he jointly oversees the development of the legal intelligence platform, as well as the investigations into legal frameworks, taxonomy development, and research protocols for comparative gap analyses and visual analytics in law. |
